PNG (Transparent) File is the Logo File having no Background in it! It can be Placed any where Required to. It will adopt the Background which it is being placed on!

Normally it takes 4-5 hours depending on the type of Revision & what time it is. If it is Night Time at my side, it may take Upto 1 Day to deliver the Revision! Otherwise 4-5 hours(It may vary upto the Work Load).
